Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in insurance; CPD requirements may apply.
• Fluent English; Mandarin required for Premier clients.
• Experience in bancassurance and wealth management products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up insurance opportunities among Premier customers in Hong Kong.
• Manage insurance portfolios and maintain relationships with Premier mainland clients.
• Provide end-to-end insurance service: need identification, solution recommendations, application fulfilment and follow up.
• Advise on appropriate insurance solutions to meet client needs and persistency targets.
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to ensure a consistent service standard.
• Maintain compliance with HSBC policies and regulatory requirements.
