Job summary

PCCW Group is seeking a Pre-sales ICT Solutions Consultant in Hong Kong to partner with the sales team and design tailored ICT solutions focusing on server, storage, and security. You will engage with potential clients during discovery and present compelling technical demonstrations to win new business.

Responsibilities include leading RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, planning PoCs, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to produce accurate pricing proposals and BoMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in ICT presales or solutions consultant roles.
• Certifications in infrastructure, storage, virtualization, or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery and design of high‑level ICT solutions focusing on server, storage, and cybersecurity.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to executives and technical teams.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Plan PoCs and pilots to validate proposed server/storage/security solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales, and internal teams for pricing and BoM proposals.
• Bridge sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver competitive proposals.
