Job summary

The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong Limited is seeking a PR and Project Officer for a 2-year contract in North Point. You will help manage public relations, coordinate projects, organize seminars and events, prepare speeches and press materials, and maintain content for the association's communications channels.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related fields, have at least two years of experience, and are fluent in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize seminars, events and presentation ceremonies.
• Prepare speeches, correspondences and write-ups for events and public education.
• Ensure website, Facebook and all external circulations are up-to-date.
• Prepare bi-monthly newsletter publications and circulations.
• Prepare and follow up on issues of constitutional and industrial affairs.

PR and Project Officer (2 years contract)

PR and Project Officer responsible for managing public relations and project coordination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organization of seminars, events and presentation ceremonies
• Prepare speeches, correspondences and write-ups for events and public education
• Ensure website, facebook and all external circulations up-to-date and continuously refreshed with new contents and information
• Prepare bi-monthly newsletter publications and circulations
• Prepare and follow up issues of constitutional and industrial affairs

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years related working experiences
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of Putonghua is an add advantage
• Excellent communications and project management skills
• Familiar with computer software, such as MS office, Adobe applications and video editing software
• Independent, pleasant, responsible, multi-tasking, good time management and able to work under pressure and overtime
