Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong seeks a Team Manager - Power Solutions to lead delivery of service projects, manage client relationships and drive revenue through maintenance packages.

You will oversee tendering, installation processes and performance assessments, while building strategic partnerships and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role demands a strong background in MEP, power and fuel systems with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years of industry experience, preferably in the MEP, power and fuel system and building automation sectors.
• Solid grasp of market dynamics and service operations
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
