Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced ECM and low-code specialist to drive enterprise operational excellence. You will administer Laserfiche, build low-code apps with Power Platform, and explore AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate digital transformation.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, implement data retention policies, and coordinate with vendors on system patches and upgrades while maintaining clear documentation and runbooks for enterprise repositories.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting Enterprise Content Management systems such as Laserfiche.
• Proficiency in low-code development using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and best practices for AI-assisted coding.
• Understanding of data retention policies and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and user-support skills with incident troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, routine maintenance, and administration for the Laserfiche ECM platform
• Design, build, and deploy low-code applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform
• Evaluate, test, and adopt AI coding assistants like Amazon Q Developer to optimize software delivery
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures for enterprise repositories
• Ensure developed applications comply with regulatory policies, data retention rules, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with external vendors for system patches, upgrades, and technical advisories

Requirement

• Hands‑on experience in supporting and configuring Enterprise Content Management systems such as Laserfiche
• Proficiency in developing low‑code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Familiarity with AI‑powered development tools and best practices for AI‑assisted coding
• Understanding of audit trail implementation, data retention policies, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical capabilities for L2 incident troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and user support
