Job summary

EUC Automation Specialist / Microsoft Low-Code Automation Consultant

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Design, build, and deploy low-code applications and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Develop intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related AI capabilities.

Create user-centric digital tools that eliminate repetitive manual activities and enhance day-to-day business operations.

Analyze existing processes and recommend automation strategies that improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Support the adoption of AI-powered workplace solutions through solution design, training, and user engagement activities.

Deliver rapid prototypes and scalable automation solutions that meet business objectives and user expectations.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and end users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
