JPC Texson Ltd seeks an experienced Product Safety professional to ensure compliance for power electronics and power supply products across design, testing, and manufacturing. You will prepare certification documents, coordinate with agencies, and address safety issues with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on safety engineering experience, familiarity with IEC 62368-1/GB 4943.1, and strong English/Mandarin communication. HK-based with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product safety engineering for power supply or power electronics.
• Experience in a testing company handling power supply or related electronic products.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62368-1 and GB 4943.1 compliance, testing, certification, and approval processes.
• Experience preparing safety certification documents and handling submissions to safety agencies.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions in safety issues.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure power electronics and switching-mode power supply safety compliance across design, testing, certification, and manufacturing throughout the life cycle.
• Provide practical product safety support from early design review through certification approval and production release.
• Review product construction, schematics, insulation, creepage/clearance, and safety-related features.
• Prepare safety test plans and carry out or coordinate tests with labs and agencies.
• Prepare complete safety submission documents and liaise with certification bodies during approval.
• Investigate safety issues and perform root-cause analyses with engineering teams.
• Maintain and calibrate the product safety laboratory and equipment.
