JPC Texson Ltd in Dongguan seeks a seasoned Electronics hardware design expert to translate client requirements into sound product designs and lead a team from concept to production.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, QA and Manufacturing, drive the full development lifecycle, ensure safety and quality standards, and report to the Engineering Director.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of product design and development experience.
• Project management experience is highly preferred.
• Background in household appliances or industrial power control is advantageous.
• Strong circuit design, testing, and new product introduction capabilities.
• Experience managing engineering projects and leading a team.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin; proficient in Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical expert for clients, translating requirements into sound product designs.
• Lead and mentor electronics hardware engineering teams from concept to production.
• Drive innovation to keep ODM offerings competitive and compliant with global standards.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle: components, schematics, PCB layout, debugging and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure lifecycle success.
• Participate in weekly customer calls to discuss progress, issues and plans.
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support during development and production.
• Review circuit designs, prototypes, test results, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety, quality and schedules.
• Drive product improvements, cost reductions and engineering efficiency.
• Support suppliers and contract manufacturers on technical matters.
• Report progress and plans to the Engineering Director.

Role Mission

Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product design and development.
• Project management experience is highly preferred.
