Job summary

Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education Limited in Hong Kong seeks a research-focused professional to support JC CoolThink Junior's evaluation across 200 primary schools and seven community hubs. You will help design, implement, and report research components, coordinating with EdUHK and partners CityUHK and ACTiCT to ensure robust results.

Ideal candidates hold a recent PhD/EdD and have strong quantitative skills, experience with mixed-methods, and proficiency in R/SPSS/Stata.

Qualifications

• PhD/EdD completed within last 5 years in a relevant field.
• Strong quantitative research skills and publication track record.
• Experience with education research and ethics/data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide research support across design, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate with EdUHK evaluation team on data collection and interpretation.
• Support phased stepped-wedge trial and manage measurement points.
• Analyze data from student assessments and hub evaluations.
• Draft interim reports and conference/journal manuscripts.
• Contribute to instrument design ensuring ethics compliance.
