Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Research Assistant I (Full-time or Part-time). The appointee will conduct child assessments under the supervision of the research team and educational psychologists for a large-scale project on early childhood development in Hong Kong.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in psychology or related fields), fluent Cantonese, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, early childhood education, or related social science/education fields.
• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese with native-level Cantonese required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with preschool children or exposure to child/psychological assessments is a plus.
• Must pass a mandatory 3-day training program before employment.
