Job summary

Centre for Oncology and Immunology in Hong Kong invites a Postdoctoral Fellow to join a collaboration with the University of Hong Kong and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre to advance translational cancer immunotherapy. The successful candidate will work with the PI’s teams to develop novel immunotherapeutics and contribute to translational research through collaborative projects across Hong Kong and Canada.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of publishing academic research papers.
• Understanding and/or experience in immune-bioengineering.
• Experienced in molecular biology and cellular immunology laboratory techniques, including handling mammalian cell culture.
• Desirable: structural biology, development of muteins, humanized mouse models, animal handling, and translational research infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel immunotherapeutics under Prof. Naoto Hirano.
• Collaborate with international teams (HK and Canada) on translational cancer immunotherapy.
• Contribute to collaborative research projects in cell-based immuno-oncology drug development.
