Job summary

HKEX is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the daily operation of the Post Trade Market Access & Administration function. You will handle account setup and administration, and generate MIS reports for management review.

In addition, you will perform due diligence and KYC onboarding for Clearing/Investor Participants under regulatory requirements (FATCA/AEOI), propose process improvements, and assist with new product implementations and other ad hoc tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Business Administration or related.
• 3-4 years' relevant experience in securities firms or financial institutions with HK Mainland markets exposure.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access; VBA/macros advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical operational duties such as account setup, account administration, support functions to Clearing Participants/Investor Participants and preparing MIS reports for Management’s review.
• Carry out due diligence and know-your-customer procedures for Clearing Participant/Investor Participants onboarding, account monitoring and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FATCA and AEOI.
• Propose appropriate operational flow changes to strengthen the control and enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of new products, projects, and business initiatives.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
