Job summary

Invesco Hong Kong Limited invites MBA/Master graduates to join its 18-month Management Associate Program. The program provides structured rotations across Asia, mentorship from the Investments organization, and a clear path toward a mid-level leadership role within the firm.

You will gain broad exposure to investments, develop digital and leadership skills, and work with global teams on high-impact projects. English and Mandarin fluency, strong analytical abilities, and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master degree graduate with outstanding academic achievement and approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin); an additional Asian language is a definite advantage.
• Interest in developing a career in financial markets and asset management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguity and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Independent and positive, with strong learning agility, curiosity and willingness to seek feedback.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in digital and AI-enabled ways of working with careful use of data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month fast-track development program in Asia with rotation across business areas.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and peer support from investments leadership.
• Develop leadership capabilities and a path to a mid-level role within Invesco.
• Engage with AI-enabled tools and ensure responsible use of technology in research and decision making.
