Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock invites fresh graduates to join the Asia General Account Investments rotation program in Hong Kong. The 24-month schedule includes four six-month rotations across ALM, assets allocation, credit analysis, and portfolio management, with mentoring and CFA designation support.

Successful candidates will gain exposure to diverse asset classes and potential overseas postings. Ideal graduates have strong finance education, analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years’ working experience after graduation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment, strong analytical techniques
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 24-month rotation across investment function areas.
• Gain experience in Asia General Account in Hong Kong with potential short-term assignments to overseas offices.
• Receive mentoring from a senior executive and support CFA designation coursework.
