Job summary

Manulife invites ambitious graduates to join the Asia General Account Investments’ 24-month Rotation Analyst Program in Hong Kong. You will rotate through core investment functions, receive intensive on-the-job training, and be mentored by a senior executive.

There is potential for short-term overseas assignments and CFA designation support. Fresh graduates with strong academics and a proactive, analytical mindset will thrive in this fast-paced, global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Finance, Economics, Accounting or related subjects.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years’ experience.
• GPA 3.5 or above.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment concepts.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
• Agile, creative and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid computer experience in Office and aptitude for learning new software.

Responsibilities

• 24-month rotation with four six-month assignments across investment functions.
• Gain experience in Asia General Account in Hong Kong with potential overseas rotations.
• Rotations include ALM, Investments Strategy, Credit Analysis, Fixed Income Portfolio Mgmt, Alternatives, Finance and Advisory.
• Mentored by a senior executive during the program.
• CFA designation support provided.
