Job summary

CICC in Hong Kong is seeking a capable professional for Equity Financing Business Development and Execution. You will support origination and execution of investment banking deals, focusing on cross-border IPOs and international capital markets.

You will collaborate with senior bankers in Hong Kong on client relationships, conduct in-depth research on economies and industries, and prepare client-ready materials while coordinating due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with focus on cross-border transactions and international IPOs.
• Work closely with senior bankers in Hong Kong for client relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth research on economies, industries and companies in China (incl. HK) and internationally.
• Perform financial, statistical, and corporate/industry analysis.
• Prepare presentation and other materials for clients.
• Coordinate in due diligence efforts and processes.

1. 1.Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with primary focus on cross border transactions including but not limited to initial public offerings in international capital markets.
2. 2.Work closely with senior bankers in Hong Kong for client relationship management.
3. 3.Conduct in-depth research activities on economies, industries and companies in China (including Hong Kong) and internationally.
4. 4.Perform financial, statistical, and corporate/industry analysis.
5. 5.Prepare presentation and other materials for clients.
6. 6.Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation, assist and coordinate in due diligence efforts and processes.

Requirements
