The role reports to the Head of Corporate Development and offers end-to-end M&A exposure, including high-stakes negotiations and closing, with a fully remote or hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, law, or management consulting with meaningful M&A experience: you've worked on live transactions and are comfortable owning financial models, diligence workstreams, and negotiations with counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: develop relationships with portfolio leaders and identify inorganic growth opportunities across regions.
• Structuring: develop standard playbooks, build financial models, and synthesize deal theses for internal stakeholders.
• Due diligence / closing: coordinate legal and financial due diligence, share findings, and support signing and closing mechanics.
