Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior M&A leader to manage end-to-end client materials for live mandates. You will craft and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across pitch narratives, board materials, and related workflows. Strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and meticulous writing are essential.

Remote, flexible schedule, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. Prior experience at Director level or above in investment banking is required.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years in investment banking at Director level or above.
• Proven track record owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end for assignment mandates.
• Refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (pitch narrative, board decks, etc.).
