Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking an Assistant Purchasing Manager for an EMS product factory in PRC. You will manage procurement of electronic, plastic, and metal parts, develop supplier sources, negotiate prices and credit terms, and monitor inventories to support production schedules.

The role requires 8–10 years of solid EMS purchasing experience in a factory, strong leadership, communication in Chinese and English, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years solid purchasing experience in EMS manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, integrity, business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Good communication in Chinese and English; able to work under pressure.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Willing to stay in PRC.

Responsibilities

• Handle all purchases including electronic, plastic, and metal parts.
• Develop supplier sources and negotiate price and credit terms; manage inventory.
• Monitor delivery schedules to meet tight production deadlines.
• Analyze vendor performance and present findings to senior management.
• Prepare annual proposals and budgets for purchasing.
