Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning, ensuring quality standards and smooth daily operations.

You will run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies, and update the status of departing rooms while assisting Housekeeping management in handling daily activities. The role requires a PM shift (1:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management (advantage).
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in Housekeeping.
• Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to perform administrative tasks and proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hard-working, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
• Willing to work PM shift (1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), including weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required.
