Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to keep public areas spotless and well supplied while upholding the hotel’s safety and hygiene standards.

You will respond to guest inquiries with courtesy, assist the housekeeping team as needed, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude in a fast-paced waterfront hotel environment on Hong Kong Island.

Qualifications

• Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative.
• Able to work in shift duty.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, offices, associates areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Replenish public restroom supplies and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow cleaning schedules, work procedures and safety standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist housekeeping team members as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous work attitude at all times.
• Comply with hotel policies, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
