中國移動 is seeking to design and operate a scalable LLM token platform with robust governance for PaaS/SaaS offerings. The role involves building cost-aware token models, tiered pricing, and risk controls to fuel API usage and user growth.

You will lead capacity planning, billing logic and security/compliance measures while collaborating with product and engineering teams. A strong background in data analysis and API operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong understanding of token economics and cost controls.
• Familiarity with API lifecycle, gateway fundamentals and billing logic.

Responsabilités

• Design operation strategies, traffic governance and growth roadmap for the LLM PaaS/SaaS platform.
• Develop scientific Token cost, quality systems, quota allocation and risk control strategies to drive growth in API usage and active users.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics including ARPU, retention and Token consumption trends to optimize ROI.
• Formulate pricing, packaging and billing models for LLM APIs on the intelligent compute platform; ensure platform security and compliance.
• Establish enterprise-grade governance and risk controls to prevent content violations and attacks.
