Job summary

Centre-of-Rehabilitation- in Hong Kong is seeking a friendly receptionist to assist Physiotherapists, manage appointments, cashiering, and enquiries, and support daily clinic operations. The role is on-site across Central, Causeway Bay, and Mong Kok.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher, are self-motivated, and can communicate well in English and Chinese. Experience with clinic software, booking systems, and MS Office is advantageous. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Positive, friendly, attentive, and self-motivated.
• Experience with insurance medical cards is preferable.
• Experience with clinic software, booking system, and MS Office is preferred.
• Good communication in English and Chinese is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physiotherapists in providing client treatment and training under supervision.
• Handle reception duties including arranging appointments, cashiering, and answering enquiries.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to an efficient work environment.
• Handle general administration duties.
