Job summary

NXTRY Precision Performance and Rehabilitation is a physiotherapy clinic in Hong Kong focusing on performance and well-being. The role involves managing a personal caseload from assessment to recovery and working with a team using HBOT and VO₂ Max assessment tools.

The ideal candidate holds HK Physio Board registration (1A/1B), has at least 1 year of clinical experience, and communicates well in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.

• Manage your own caseload from assessment through to recovery
• Work alongside performance and recovery specialists, using equipment such as HBOT and VO₂ Max
• Take part in on-field and community outreach — sports event coverage, athlete support, and on-site sessions
• Support marketing and profile-building across media publishers, partners, and social media

Requirements

• Part 1A or 1B registration with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
