Job summary
Acton Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of one of Hong Kong's largest education institutions to support its IT-based financial and HCM system implementation and ongoing operations.
The role involves program development, configuration, system testing, design assistance, and user training to ensure successful deployment and sustained support across Finance and HRIS/HCM functions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Financial/Accounting or HRIS/HCM system support
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials/HCM is preferred
- PeopleCode programming is a plus but not required

Our client is one of biggest Hong Kong education institutions. Due to a computerization project has been kicked off recently, they would like to invite Financial and HCM professionals from IT sector to join their implementation and support teams
Responsibilities:
Responsible for program development and configurations
Carry out system testing, assist system design
Provide user training and support
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related discipline
At least 7 years' working experience in Financial/Accounting system OR HRIS/HCM system support
Solid experience in PeopleSoft Financials /OR PeopleSoft HCM /O Campus solutions is a plus
Programming experience in PeopleCode would be an advantage BUT not essential
Independent, self-motivated and possess strong problem solving skills
Applicants with less experience will be considered for an Analyst Programmer Role
