Job summary

Argyll Scott is assisting a financial services client in Hong Kong to hire Business Analysts (Technical and Non-Technical) to join their expanding Pensions team. You will gather requirements, draft BRDs, write user stories, and analyze processes for improvements, with English and Cantonese communications.

Participants should have 5+ years of BA experience, experience with SQL/Oracle and data migration, and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in pensions/financial services.
• Experience with gathering and analysing business requirements, BRD writing, and test planning.
• Proficient in data migration, SQL, Oracle; familiar with front and back end digital applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving and communication skills.
