Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a proactive analyst in Hong Kong to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications and user stories. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to map processes, identify improvements, and support project milestones.

Fresh graduates are welcome and exposure to insurance is a plus. You will assist in test planning and execution, participate in UAT, and help prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
• Prior exposure to the insurance industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support project initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and identification of business improvement opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business and operational data to provide insights and support decision-making.
