Job summary

TIN WO ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is hiring an Accounting Clerk/Officer in Hong Kong. You will support attendance checks, payroll-related MPF tasks via the eMPF platform, and data-entry duties in a team setting.

The ideal candidate has F5 or above, solid MS Office skills (especially Excel), and fluent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred. Salary is negotiable with fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• F5 or above with basic accounting knowledge.
• Good PC knowledge and strong in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Check site attendance record.
• Assist in payroll calculation, MPF administration through eMPF platform.
• Handle data entry, scanning and filing work.
• Perform works out of office (e.g. Go to bank/site).
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
