InfoTech Services ( HK ) Ltd. 資訊科技服務(香港)有限公司 seeks an Accounts and Administrative Officer to handle payroll, MPF, and leave records for a large staff base. The role includes AR, cash management, PRC accounts, and financial/tax reporting, plus support for company secretary and consultants.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounts or admin, with strong English writing and Chinese data-entry; Putonghua is preferred. Office in Admiralty, five-day week from 10:30 to 20:00.

Competenze

• At least 1 year experience in accounts, administrative or secretarial fields; higher calibre may be Senior Accounts and Administrative Officer.
• Strong command of written English; fast and accurate Chinese data-entry and Putonghua preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle payroll and MPF processing; maintain leave register for hundreds of staff.
• Accounts receivable and cash management; prepare PRC accounts and financial/tax reports.
• Manage rental and other office/admin duties; support company secretary and consultants.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
