Coins.ph in Hong Kong seeks a Digital Marketing Leader to own the digital strategy for its payments and crypto businesses. You will drive end-to-end growth with a strong focus on paid advertising and performance marketing.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing budgets, teams, and cross-functional campaigns to deliver measurable growth across channels. The position requires leadership and a track record of delivering ROI in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in high-budget, multi-channel campaigns in fintech/payments/crypto.
• Strong analytical skills with GA, Mixpanel, Appsflyer.
• Expertise in paid ad platforms, bidding strategies, and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
• Lead paid ads across Google, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic, and other major platforms.
• Design bidding strategies and creative testing to maximize ROAS.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, BD, and Regional Marketing teams to align campaigns with launches and promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and run A/B tests to optimize results.
