Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) invites applications for a Part-time Lecturer in the Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation (MBADT) within the Department of Hospitality and Business Management. The appointee will teach and support learning, prepare materials, develop assessments, and deliver lectures for MBADT modules.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a recognised Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Digitalisation and Digital Innovation, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years’ relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level and/or experience in professional practice in related fields.
Experience in supervising students’ Final Year Projects.
High proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

Teach and deliver lectures and tutorials for MBADT modules.
Prepare teaching materials and develop/mark assessments.
Support students' learning and provide academic and administrative support for the MBADT programme.
Engage in academic activities within the Department.
