Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in the related discipline; PhD/DBA preferred.
• At least 2 years teaching experience in the relevant disciplines.
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses for undergraduate business programs on Growing the Enterprise.
• Develop and review teaching materials; coordinate with overseas university staff as needed.
• Work with the program management team to ensure smooth delivery of the module.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
• Assess and mark coursework and other assessments; respond to student queries in class and by email.
• Attend periodic meetings with University staff to discuss student performance and module delivery.
