Job summary

The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) invites applications for a Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (MBADT) in Digital Transformation within the Department of Hospitality and Business Management.

The appointee will lead curriculum development, teach at graduate and undergraduate levels, supervise student work, and support accreditation processes to ensure programme excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a related field with evidence of teaching at tertiary level.
• Strong research record or potential in related areas.
• High proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality MBA in Digital Transformation programmes.
• Provide face-to-face and online instruction at graduate/undergraduate levels.
• Supervise student work and mentor, contribute to accreditation and re-accreditation activities.
• Establish industry partnerships and engage in scholarly activities.
