Job summary

National Hotels is seeking a Part Time Guest Experience Associate – Front Office to join our four boutique properties in Hong Kong. You will handle check-in/out and baggage at the front desk while greeting guests and ensuring a thoughtful hospitality experience.

Requirements include 1–2 years in front office or guest services, excellent English and Cantonese, and proficiency with Opera/Operetta. We value well-organized, proactive team players who perform well under pressure and deliver

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in front office or guest services.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented.
• Well-organized, proactive, able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Familiar with Opera / Operetta system is preferable.

Part Time Guest Experience Associate – Front Office

Responsibilities:

Deliver check-in/out services and baggage handling at our hotel front desk

Greet the guest to the hotel and provide excellent service to guest

Provide full assistance to guests to ensure their pleasure stay in our hotel

Requirements:

1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in the front office and guest services experience

Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented

Well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese

Familiar with Opera / Operetta system is preferable
