Job summary

Wall Street English in Hong Kong seeks a Part-time English Second Language Teacher to deliver student-centered lessons and a premium learning experience.

You will run small-group classes, develop lesson plans, provide feedback, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally within a collaborative, learner-focused team.

Qualifications

• A 120-hour in-house TEFL qualification (including CELTA).

Responsibilities

• Apply Wall Street English methodology in all teaching activities.

• Lead complementary classes to reinforce skills.
• Provide end-of-class feedback and motivation.
• Record and track learner results in the LMS.

Job description

Part-time English Second Language Teacher

As a Teacher at Wall Street English, you will play a key role in delivering dynamic, student-centered lessons to help students achieve their language goals. You are part of a collaborative team focused on providing a premium learning experience while continuously growing professionally.

Key responsibilities

Apply Wall Street English methodology consistently in all teaching activities

Develop and prepare lesson plans for all classes

Plan and deliver engaging, interactive classes to ensure successful language acquisition at all levels

Teach core classes (Encounters) with a maximum of 4 students, focusing on personalized instruction

Conduct complementary classes to reinforce newly learned skills

Provide feedback and motivation to students at the end of each class, in line with Wall Street English methodology

Design and lead Social Clubs/English Corners based on student interests to promote community

Record and track student results in the Learner Management System

Inspire, motivate, and support students to reach their learning objectives

Participate in ongoing product training and complete personalized development plans provided by your manager
