Overview

Starting at the end of August 2025... As an English Support Teacher, your role is all about creating a fun, supportive environment for students aged 15-21 to build their confidence in English communication. This isn’t your typical teaching job—there’s no formal classroom instruction here!

Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Creative Activities: Plan and organise exciting English activities, group work, and interactive sessions to help students engage with the language in meaningful ways.
• In-Class Speaking Support: Provide assistance during speaking assessment preparation, to guide and encourage students.
• Campus Event Engagement: Get involved in campus life by supporting a range of events, bringing your enthusiasm and energy to make them unforgettable.
• Foster an immersive English-speaking environment across campus.
• Organize engaging language learning activities with measurable outcomes in both written and spoken forms.
• Facilitate concise workshops and chat groups (up to 1 hour) outside the classroom.
• Coordinate cultural events that enrich the school community.
• Assist students in preparing for assessments, interviews, and project presentations.
• Support English lessons alongside regular English teachers.
• Help students participate in events and international competitions.
• Coach students to excel as event hosts.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by campus leadership.

Requirements

• Native-level English speaker
• Degree and teaching certification preferred (TEFL/TESOL etc)
• A creative, energetic individual with a knack for designing engaging activities.
• A confident communicator who loves connecting with young people.
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to jump in and support events or classroom sessions as needed.
• Have a valid work visa
