Job summary

Wall Street English Hong Kong is seeking a part-time English Learning Advisor (Coach) to support students on their learning journey. You will foster a supportive, engaging environment, build trust, and motivate learners to succeed both in-centre and online.

You will teach introductory lessons, provide feedback during Advising Sessions, and follow students through their courses, while collaborating with Service and Sales teams to enhance the learning experience and promote the Wall Street English

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Experience in teaching or training.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient, responsible and empathetic.
• Ability to build rapport in-center and remotely via digital tools, video calls, and chat functions.
• Inspiring and supportive, service-minded and dynamic in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive student progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, coaching, and feedback.
• Develop strong relationships with students built on trust.
• Support students by booking classes through various channels.
• Tailor teaching methods to each learner's needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Promote the Wall Street English method and create an immersive English-speaking environment.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand and assist prospects to support sales efforts.
• Proactively book students into classes and monitor progress.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
