Job summary

Wall Street English in Hong Kong is seeking a part-time English as a Second Language Teacher to deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons that help learners achieve their language goals. You will join a collaborative team focused on premium learning experiences and ongoing professional growth.

You will apply Wall Street English methodology, prepare lessons, teach small groups, provide feedback, and participate in product training and development plans to support learners and their objectives.

Qualifications

• 120-hour in-house TEFL qualification (including CELTA).
• Experience in delivering student-centered ESL lessons is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, student-centered ESL lessons in a part-time role.
• Develop and prepare lesson plans for all classes.
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive classes for language acquisition.
• Teach core classes (Encounters) with small class sizes (max 4 students).
• Provide feedback and motivation to students after each class.
• Record and track student results in the Learner Management System.
• Participate in ongoing product training and personalized development plans.

As a Teacher at Wall Street English, you will play a key role in delivering dynamic, student-centered lessons to help students achieve their language goals. You are part of a collaborative team focused on providing a premium learning experience while continuously growing professionally.

Key responsibilities

Apply Wall Street English methodology consistently in all teaching activities

Develop and prepare lesson plans for all classes

Plan and deliver engaging, interactive classes to ensure successful language acquisition at all levels

Teach core classes (Encounters) with a maximum of 4 students, focusing on personalized instruction

Conduct complementary classes to reinforce newly learned skills

Provide feedback and motivation to students at the end of each class, in line with Wall Street English methodology

Design and lead Social Clubs/English Corners based on student interests to promote community

Record and track student results in the Learner Management System

Inspire, motivate, and support students to reach their learning objectives

Participate in ongoing product training and complete personalized development plans provided by your manager

About you

A recognized 120-hour in-house TEFL qualification (including CELTA)
