Fevaworks Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Part-Time Designer with a keen eye for type, hierarchy and layout. You will extend master layouts into social and print deliverables, while maintaining brand guidelines and high-quality typography in English and Traditional Chinese.

The role involves producing social posts, campaign KV adaptations, and production-ready artwork with attention to detail. Office is in Sheung Wan, with pet-friendly perks and nearby coffee spots. Daily rates apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house with social and campaign work in portfolio.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe CC apps (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; motion or AI tools a plus.
• Fluent in layout and typography in English and Traditional Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Extend a KV or master layout into a full set of social, digital and print deliverables (IG, FB, Story, Reel covers, EDM, banners, POSM).
• Treat every ratio as a fresh composition; rebuild crop, spacing and reading order.
• Work inside brand guidelines — lock-ups, colour, type scale, safe areas.
• Handle day-to-day social posts and campaign KV adaptations; light retouching and compositing.
• Ensure production-ready artwork with bleed, resolution, colour profile and spec compliance.
• Collaborate with Art Director, Copy and Client Servicing; seek clarification when brief is unclear.
• Maintain quality before delivery and work under deadlines.

We're looking for a Part-Time Designer who can hold a layout — fast, clean, and consistent across social and commercial work. Not someone who just resizes what's handed to them, but a designer with a real eye for type, hierarchy, and composition, whose files don't need fixing before they go out.

What You'll Be Doing

Layout & Adaptation

Extend a KV or master layout into a full set of social, digital and print deliverables — IG, FB, Story, Reel covers, EDM, banners, POSM

Treat every ratio as a fresh composition, not a stretched one: rebuild the crop, the spacing and the reading order each time

Work inside brand guidelines — lock-ups, colour, type scale, safe areas

Social & Commercial

Day-to-day social posts, campaign KV adaptations, event collateral, light retouch and compositing

Sharp typography in both English and Traditional Chinese — tracking, punctuation, line breaks, pairing

Production-ready artwork: bleed, resolution, colour profile, spec compliance

Work directly with the Art Director, Copy and Client Servicing — ask when a brief is unclear rather than guessing

Hold the quality bar under deadline, and check your own work before it leaves your desk

Who You Are

3–5 years of design experience, agency or in-house, with social and campaign work in your portfolio

Strong on Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; motion (After Effects) or AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Higgsfield) a plus

Confident with layout and typography in both English and Traditional Chinese
