Job summary

Success Seasons Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Part-Time Creative Assistant to support the creative development and daily content needs for hospitality and lifestyle brands. You will work closely with the Creative Strategist, bringing concepts from idea to execution.

The role involves coordinating shoots, editing for social platforms, and developing mood boards while maintaining project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Around one year of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia, creative media or content production.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Good eye for design, typography, photography and visual storytelling.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to follow up on multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality and nightlife environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content, promotional graphics and marketing materials.
• Support photo and video shoots, including preparation, styling and on-site coordination.
• Edit and resize photos and videos for Instagram, Stories, Reels and other platforms.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards and visual references.
• Create project timelines and follow up on progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other relevant parties.
• Provide event coverage and behind-the-scenes content.
• Organize creative assets, project files and content archives.
• Research current design, lifestyle, hospitality and social media trends.
• Support other creative and marketing tasks when required.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content, promotional graphics and marketing materials
• Support photo and video shoots, including preparation, styling and on-site coordination

• Create project timelines and follow up on the progress of all creative projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other relevant parties when required
• Provide event coverage and capture behind-the-scenes content
• Organize creative assets, project files and content archives
• Research current design, lifestyle, hospitality and social media trends
• Support other creative and marketing tasks when required

Working Schedule

Contract Terms

• Initial three-month contract
