Overview

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, mind for conceptualization, and most importantly stellar art direction coupled with hands‑on design skills such as illustration, animation and photo retouching. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with a team of multi‑disciplined, creative and energetic people on a portfolio of some of the world's largest, most renowned brands across Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services & Banking, Innovative Technologies and Telecommunications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team(s) in conceptualization; lead art direction and design executions for integrated initiatives, as well as cross‑channel marketing platforms.
• Work closely with one of the Group Creative Directors and have the opportunity to work with the group Chief Creative Officer.
• Potential travel may be involved.
• Collaborate with copy‑base creatives to develop a range of powerful, compelling art directions; artwork and designs that visually illustrate concepts or story‑tell for respective projects.
• Present visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor designers & art directors to produce cross‑channel art‑based creative output.
• Work on multiple projects in a small / large group setting.
• Be persistent in managing deadlines and work quality.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a creative or advertising agency, as intern or full‑time.
• Equipped with conceptual and design skills.
• A portfolio that showcases your best work.
• Skillful in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, video production and other applications.
• Fluency in English & Cantonese.
• Personality: sense of humor, open‑mindedness, energetic and curious.
