Job summary

AZDY PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Part-Time Barista to join Borderlessbutter, Singapore’s butter-centric microcafe in Ang Mo Kio.

You’ll be involved in the full cafe experience, from preparing drinks and food to serving customers and keeping the space running smoothly. Responsibilities include preparing beverages (cold brew, matcha whisking and other specialty drinks), assembling food, taking orders and payments, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly and service-oriented.
• Willing to learn and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality.
• Able to work independently in a small team.
• FB or barista experience preferred; training provided.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred/required for food-handling duties.
• Able to work weekends and/or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages including cold brew preparation, matcha whisking and other specialty drinks according to our recipes and SOPs.
• Prepare and assemble food items and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Take orders, handle payments and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Provide butter sampling assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the cafe, equipment and work areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, stock replenishment and basic inventory management.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
• Support day-to-day cafe operations and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
