Moiselle (Hong Kong) Limited invites a part-time Assistant/Trainee (E-Commerce, Marketing) to join our luxury fashion brand headquartered in Hong Kong. You will support daily online store operations, product uploads, order fulfillment on Shopify, and assist with customer inquiries.

This role welcomes undergraduates and diploma-holders alike. You should have strong Excel skills (PivotTable and VLOOKUP), fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, and be ready to start immediately for a 3–4 day

• Undergraduate students welcome to apply.
• Diploma in Business/Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work 3–4 days per week.
• Immediate availability preferred.

We are a luxury fashion brand with headquarter in HK.

Responsibilities:

Assist in online stores daily operations, i.e. product upload, orderfulfillment, mainly on Shopify;

Assist in handle and resolve customer inquiries from online stores;

Data entry and help to prepare marketing materials/ reports;

Handle ad-hoc project.

Requirements:

Able to work for 3-4 days per week;

Undergraduate studentis welcome;

Diploma in Business/ Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines;

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tableand Vlookup is a must);

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Immediately available is highly preferred
