Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority invites motivated graduates to join its Performing Arts Internship Programme for six months. You will work with our professional Performing Arts Division staff full-time to gain hands-on experience in programming, operations and technical arts.

The internship is paid and runs on a recurring basis with yearly openings. Applicants should be permanent residents of Hong Kong and hold a bachelor degree or above in related disciplines, with strong English and

Qualifications

Must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Bachelor degree or above in Performing arts, social science, arts, cultural or related disciplines.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the performing arts field.
Ideally some relevant working experience in project execution or administrative coordination.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or with others.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Work closely with professional staff in the Performing Arts Division on full-time basis for about six months.
Gain practical and theoretical training in programming, operations and technical arts.
Research topics contributing to the development of the Performing Arts facilities and upcoming programmes.
Collaborate with internal and external parties and support operations of different programmes.
