Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority invites graduates to join the Performing Arts Internship Programme for 2026-2027. This paid, full-time internship runs for six months, beginning Sep/Oct 2026, offering hands-on experience in programming, operations and technical arts within the Performing Arts Division.

Interns work closely with professional staff, gain practical training, contribute to on-going projects, and develop professional networks.

Qualifications

Must be a permanent resident of the HK SAR.
Bachelor degree or above in Performing arts, social science, arts, cultural or related disciplines.
Strong interest in working professionally in the performing arts field.
Ideally some relevant experience in project execution or administrative coordination.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with others.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Learn about WestK’s Performing Arts facilities and their development and programming.
Gain practical and theoretical training in performing arts through active involvement in ongoing projects.
Research topics contributing to the development of facilities and upcoming programmes.
Collaborate with internal and external parties and support the operations of different programmes.
