Job summary

Sheraton & Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to maintain and oversee M&E systems across our hotel complex. This role oversees maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance to ensure uninterrupted guest service.

The position requires at least 4 years in engineering with relevant certifications such as Registered Electrical Worker Grade A and a Construction Industry Safety Card, plus strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience in the Engineering field, preferably in hotel industry.
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Card.

Responsibilities

Ensure correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services.
Execute and supervise the overnight operation of all building systems and plants and to respond to all daily work requests from various operating departments and guests.
Supervise and monitor daily to ensure all repair and maintenance works to all guest rooms, public and services areas of the hotel and outside contractor works are followed through until works are completed up to the required standard.
Carry out emergency repairs to all building and technical equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Perform emergency procedures and assigned duties according to hotel and departmental procedures.
Provide supervision, guidance and on the job training to support associates and comply with the local legislative workplace health and safety requirements.
