Leadingnation is seeking a hotel engineering professional to oversee the maintenance and operation of M&E services, ensuring reliability across guest rooms, public areas and plant rooms. The role includes supervising overnight shifts, coordinating with contractors and housekeeping, and maintaining safety standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in engineering, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of building systems.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Engineering field, preferably with hotel industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably with broad knowledge of M&E systems.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Card.

Mansioni

• Ensure correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services; provide technical support, lead and supervise troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Execute and supervise the overnight operation of all building systems and plants and respond to daily work requests from operating departments and guests.
• Supervise daily repairs in guest rooms, public areas and with outside contractors, ensuring completion to standard.
• Carry out emergency repairs to building and technical equipment to ensure good working order.
• Perform emergency procedures and assigned duties according to hotel and departmental procedures.
• Provide supervision, guidance and on the job training to support associates and ensure health and safety requirements.
