Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk professional to support reception, check-in/out, rooming, and cashiering while ensuring exceptional guest service. Knowledge of OPERA PMS is preferred, and the role requires fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, with willingness to work overnight shifts.

Diploma in hospitality management is required, and a minimum of 3 years in Front Office or guest services will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Front Office operations or guest services.
• Knowledge in OPERA PMS preferred.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Willing to work on overnight shift.

Assist in managing all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange, supervise cashiering activities and handling complaints according to the established procedures

What we need from you:

Diploma holder in hospitality management or related field

Knowledge in OPERA Property Management System is preferred
