Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Network Support Executive for outdoor site maintenance. Role involves 7x24 shift duties and hands-on work at outdoor sites, handling fault isolation, routine inspections, and site upgrades.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment, perform installations, and maintain records. Fresh graduates are welcome and an allowance is provided for outdoor shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shift duty 7x24 and outdoor work; allowance provided
• Initial fault isolation and maintenance at sites in daily operation
• Ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspection and fault prevention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and installation
• Assist in administrative tasks and record updates
• Ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
