Qualifications

• Comfortable navigating CRM systems and mobile apps (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to drivers and riders to pitch Uber benefits.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and metrics.
• Walk users through app installation, document submission, and account activation.
• Accurately log call outcomes, user feedback, and lead status in the CRM.
